World Mangrove Atlas


The World Mangrove Atlas is the first significant attempt to provide an overview of the distribution of mangroves worldwide.  Mapped data have been gathered from a wide range of sources and have been synthesized into a series of twenty-five regional maps.  For people interested in the extent and dynamics of mangroves, this atlas provides a well documented foundation from which to start their explorations.
