Delegates whose participation will be sponsored by the Secretariat need not make hotel or airline reservations; this will be done by the Secretariat.  All other delegates and participants from CEP Member Governments, other UN organisations, and other governmental or non-governmental observers are expected to meet the full costs of their participation in the Meeting.   Such additional delegates and observers are expected to make their own hotel arrangements and may find accommodation at the host hotel, the Ritz Carlton Golf and Spa Resort, Rose Hall, Jamaica (http://www.ritzcarlton.com/en/Properties/RoseHallJamaica/Default.htm). 

To access the negotiated all inclusive rates (USD236.00 for single occupancy and USD313 for double occupancy), please call and state the reservation code UNEP when making your booking. 

All reservations should be received by the Hotel no later than Friday, September 17, 2010. Rooms and rates are subject to availability.

Los delegados cuya participación será patrocinada por la Secretaría no necesitan hacer reservaciones de hotel o de pasajes aéreos; esto será hecho por la Secretaría. Todos los demás delegados y participantes de Gobiernos miembros del PAC, otras organizaciones de las Naciones Unidas, y otros observadores gubernamentales o no gubernamentales deberán cubrir el costo total de su participación en la Reunión. Les délégués nommés par les gouvernements dont la participation sera parrainée par le Secrétariat n’auront pas besoin de faire les réservations d’hôtel ou de transport aérien; celles-ci seront assurées par le Secrétariat.  Tous les autres délégués et participants des gouvernements membres du PEC, d’autres organisations de l’ONU, ainsi que les observateurs devront prendre en charge les frais de participation à la réunion et réserver eux-mêmes leur séjour hotelier.  Vous pourriez réserver les chambres sur le lieu de la réunion à l’Hôtel Ritz Carlton Golf and Spa Resort, Rose Hall, Jamaica (http://www.ritzcarlton.com/en/Properties/RoseHallJamaica/Default.htm).
