Caribbean Regional Training Manual : Solid Waste and Wastewater Management for the Tourism Industry,
UNEP/USAID/CEHI, 1999*

This manual is geared towards the tourism sector to improve the technical capabilities in the area of prevention and control of land-based sources of pollution caused by tourism and to implement strategies that improve water, waste water and solid waste management in tourist facilities and to promote best practices for the reduction, recycling and reuse of most solid wastes generated by and impacting on tourism.
