Are there any legally binding multilateral environmental agreements for the Wider Caribbean Region?
There is one legally binding agreement for the Wider Caribbean Region and it is the Convention for the Protection and Development of the Marine Environment (the Cartagena Convention) which entered into force on 11 October 1986.
